With less than the cost of a mocha Frappachino, you can help make a lasting difference - starting today! You will feel good knowing that your gifts are not given directly to your Adopted Starving Artist (guaranteeing it's not going to their vice of choice!) but combined with the gifts of other sponsors to help make life better for all artists in the Rising Sun Family!
 
As a Individual Starving Artist Sponsor, each year you will receive:

·         Exclusive Invitations to select dress rehearsals & Table Readings
·         A personalized email from your artist  (via our blog)
·         Monthly E-Newsletter
·         Annual Summary of your theatre's Accomplishments
·         Information on Programs in which your Artist participated

Sponsorship provides resources for General operating costs, Educational programs and most importantly vibrant live theatre productions that are at the core of RSP's goal to advance the vitality and diversity of American theater by nurturing artists, encouraging repeatable creative relationships and contributing new works and revitalized pre-existing work to the national canon.  Through sponsorship, caring individuals are matched with artists to fund projects that make a real and sustainable difference within the Rising Sun 2010 Season! Highlights from RSP's 9th Season include:  A Free Staged Reading Series, Lab Development of our ensemble's original works, our 4th Annual One- Act Series, Workshops & Classes open to the public, and the New York City premiere of a Major Motion Film brought to life on stage! 
 
The first life changed is your Adopted Starving Artist!               Every day Starving Artists are benefiting from Rising Sun Performance Company's sponsorship program in ways you may not even imagine. The care you provide through a simple donation may be the encouragement a struggling girl or boy needs to make it through another day of brutal auditions, hungry stomachs and possibly unpaid rent.  Through sponsorship you'll see up close and personal how you've given your sponsored Starving Artist the chance for a better, brighter future!
