Ensemble members are expected to carry a part of the responsibility of the fundraising, artistic and production quality and be committed to the success of the entire season. The commitment level is to the company and not individual productions or performances. The Ensemble is NO PAY; profit sharing is possible based on the success of the season

Ideal candidates must be extremely self motivated, and organized while also being flexible. Have a strong creative writing ability, with great communication skills. Ability to maintain and work within a small budget and meet deadlines, work under pressure and work well within a team environment. Excellent computer literacy and database experience, as well as networking and outreach skills.

We hold an open call for One Act Play Scripts annually.

Plays will be vetted by RSP Ensemble, and the top 15-25 plays will receive a staged reading for the public in spring, from the reading series, audience & ensemble favorites will be given a fully produced run.

Directors MUST be willing to work in a collaborative environment in a grassroots level Non-Profit Theatre Company, be willing to cast from within the existing ensemble and have boundless Talent, Creativity, and Flexibility. Particularly looking for directors who are capable of and enjoy working within the limitations and unique challenges of OOBR/Indie theatre spaces & budgets.
No Pay but a great opportunity to build resume, networking, and resources. We can work under the SSDC contract wiaver.
Resident Directors: We invite select directors who have an established relationship with our company to join our ensemble. This is by invitation from the Artistic Director only at this time.
