With its tranquil streets and houses passed down through generations, Westbury always seemed like the near-perfect town. But now ground has started to give way as a major employer shutters, the infrastructure craters and one of the friendly town's residents presents a bizarre menace. Can security be restored? Should citizens put faith in the most unlikely person to lead them? When disintegration begins, sometimes the first casualty is the truth.
